According to available information, the accused attempted to sexually assault the minor. The child returned home and immediately informed her family members about the incident.
Following the disclosure, the victim’s uncle, Vishal Awasthi, filed a formal complaint at Bithoor Police Station against the accused. Police registered a case without delay and initiated a full-scale investigation into the matter.
Assistant Commissioner of Police, Kalyanpur, Ashutosh Singh, stated that immediate instructions were issued to Bithoor Police after receiving information about the incident. He confirmed that a criminal case has been registered and the accused has been identified.
ACP Singh further stated that the minor has been sent for medical examination. He assured that the accused will be arrested soon and strict legal action will be taken against him in accordance with the law. The viral social media video has also been included as part of the investigation evidence.
Police teams are continuously conducting raids and actively searching for the accused to ensure his swift apprehension.
